It's worth taking the time to listen to this guy talk about how we can shift from partially engaged to fully engaged living, because its so painfully obvious now that the wealth of things we have accumulated is not making us any happier than when we had much less. We have one crack at living. I once saw a quote from an architect who said that "the thing you want is on the other side of a line, above which hovers fear and apathy". This guy, Mihail, is saying tune in to what you really like doing to find the mental state he calls Flow.
